Dr. Briggs is always very personable and professional. Over the past several years, he has gotten me through two incidents of severe back and neck pain. It is amazing that he always finds the trigger points in my back when I go in for maintenance appointments. He is exceptional at his profession.
The Spinal decompression treatments have helped my lower back so much! I used to not be able to bend down without my lower back feeling like it was going to snap. Now I can bend and walk for longer periods of time without having that sharp pain in my lower back!
Northwest Wellness Center is a wonderful place! They have helped me tremendously with my arthritis in my knees and back pain. I get adjustments and do tissue regenerative therapy on my knees. After a handful of treatments, I have had significant improvement and feel like I can finally walk without being in a lot of pain. My knees don't feel so inflamed. Dr. Briggs is also a wonderful Doctor who has a great heart and passion for helping. I highly recommend!
Dr. Briggs and the staff at Northwest Wellness Center are the real deal. You get quality care and treatment from friendly, professional, and helpful people. We could easily find a doctor’s office closer to home, but we would rather drive from East of Columbus to Dublin just to come here. Highly recommend!

Dr Jay and Dr Briggs are both knowledgeable, personable, and take time to give good care. The office staff are friendly and caring. I recommend Northwest Wellness Center for great care.
Dr. Richard Briggs is a natural, holistic practitioner who offers a terrific and, more importantly, drug-free alternative to medical care. Dr. Briggs goes above and beyond to not only get rid of pain, but to help ensure it doesn't return.
Brought my 2 month old daughter because she had severe acid reflux, gas, and was colic. I was super nervous to take her to the chiropractor but she was in amazing hands and after a few visits she was doing so much better!
I had lower back issues for years with significant pain. I tried PT several times, massage, injections, exercises and got minimal relief. I met Dr. Briggs and he recommended decompression therapy and adjustments and I completed treatment with him. I am pain free for the first time in years!!!! Dr. Briggs is extremely knowledgeable and only recommends what you need and nothing more. I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of everyone at Northwest Wellness and highly recommend them !
My husband and I were able to get in quickly for the first consultation and were pleasantly surprised we were able to start our treatments that day also. Dr. Briggs is very friendly and personable and has the most up to date technology that is not available anywhere else locally (unless you are one of the OSU Buckeye athletes!). We had a very positive experience and got immediate results! If you have chronic pain, you should look into this new shock wave technology!
My experience with Northwest Wellness Center has been wonderful. Everyone is very friendly and easy to work with. I had many reservations about trying their methods to help my Neuropathy when I started, but after two months of therapy I have seen a lot of improvement. My pain has sharply declined and I can now take hikes without pain like I did before the Neuropathy set in. Before my treatments, my feet and toes were so painful that putting on shoes and socks was total agony. Even if I was able to get them on, the pain kept me from walking much distance. Since I have been doing the treatments, I have very little issues with this and actually forget I even have Neuropathy. I would highly recommend these treatments if you want to reduce your pain and be able to walk normally. Everyone at Northwest Wellness Center is positive and a pleasure to work with. I always look forward to my visits.
